Operator questions, straight answers

Is it safe for kids and skin?
Yes — it's a non-toxic formula built from two cosmetic-grade ingredients (the same mild surfactant family used in shampoos and body washes), independently lab-tested and free of heavy metals and phthalates. It's the same powder we run at our own children's events every weekend. The SDS and full ingredient documentation ship with every order and are available on request before you buy. As with any soap product, avoid direct eye contact and rinse with water if it happens.
Will it work in my foam machine?
It mixes into a standard foam solution, so it runs in any cannon or machine that takes liquid solution — no modifications. If you tell us your machine model, we'll send our recommended mix ratio for it.
How much foam does one pack actually make?
Each pack holds about 3x the powder of a typical competitor pack and makes three 50-gallon solution tanks — one-third of a pack per tank. For most operators that’s 2–3 average parties, though how long a tank lasts comes down to your cannon and how hard you run it. Order a single pack, run it at a real event, and do your own math before committing to a case; the pack price credits toward your first case. The bag is resealable, too — no powder puff on opening like single-use packs, and it stores clean between events.
What about staining, cleanup, and grass?
The foam rinses clean with water and doesn't stain clothing. As for lawns and backyards: we run this exact powder on client properties every single weekend, and rebooking is our whole business model — if it damaged grass, we'd have been out of business years ago. Rinse-down with a hose after the event is all we ever do.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Kennesaw, GA warehouse via USPS or UPS — most of the country sees delivery in 2–4 days. Mid-season emergency? Reply to any email or text us; we've been on the wrong side of a stockout ourselves and we'll do what we can.
